Regina has worked for two of the nation’s leading providers of home healthcare services. Her roles have included instructional design, content development, strategic planning, project management, evaluation, and facilitation. As an instructional designer, Regina has developed courses on clinical topics, awarding continuing education credits for nurses and therapist, as well as courses on technology and system operations, regulatory and compliance, and leadership development. She developed and implemented a web-based facilitator training and certification program to enhance learning outcomes. She also designed and implemented an instructor-lead facilitator training and certification program to provide the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to enhance the facilitators’ effectiveness and create a consistent learning experience for company associates. As a training project manager, she has managed diverse teams, vendors, and consultants. Regina developed a vendor review and ranking system to streamline and enhance the due diligence process for collaborating with external resources.

Richard Cox has over 15 years’ experience in the fields of instructional design, project management, performance consulting, eLearning, and facilitation.  He specializes in developing teams that provide blended learning solutions designs. As a Manager, Richard has held oversight of Instructional Design and Curriculum Development at companies such as Earthlink, Matria Healthcare, and WellPoint Healthcare.  As a consultant, he has held Director level positions over Learning Services at Kalypso Consulting and American Systems.  Richard’s areas of expertise include:

Jamie Cornelius is a Manager of a design team for Global Learning at InterContinental Hotels Group, or IHG. She and her team create training solutions for their client group, WorldWide Sales. For the past two years, Jamie has been working with the sales team to drive a learning culture to support the new sales culture IHG is implementing around the world to include over 4,500 hotels worldwide.

Previously, Jamie worked for AT&T Mobility for almost 12 years, focusing on Instructional Design for Retail Sales Associates and Leadership. Her focus on sales training over the last 10 years has revealed that sales people need engaging, interesting, and just in time training solutions that answer the question “So What?” on why they would be spending valuable selling time in training. How people learn skills for their jobs is evolving and Jamie is passionate about evolving along with it and understanding how to take learning to the next level.
