Gayle Nadler is a Learning Solutions Manager at Time Warner Cable Media, in New York. She works on a 3-person training team and is responsible for developing and delivering training to approximately 1,000 employees across the country. This small training team delivers classroom training, webinars and eLearning.

Gayle has been in the instructional design and training field for over 15 years, working in the consulting groups at IBM and Deloitte, at the University of Illinois-Chicago, and at MediaOcean in New York City.

Gayle has a M.Ed. from UCLA.

Joy Joseph is a senior executive at AXA and the Global Learning Business Partner for the Leadership and Management Domain.  She also heads up the Learning and Development department at AXA US.

Joy has extensive experience within the Financial Services Business which spans across several disciplines.  During her career, she has held several roles in the industry including as a Financial Advisor, Sales Management, Compliance & Risk Management, and Professional Development.  Two years ago year she joined AXA-US as the Head of Learning & Development and has led large-scale programs.  In addition, she co-chairs an internal Women’s network to promote their development and is a member of the Learning and Development Board at a global level for AXA.
