Karen Angellatta-Wheeler is a Human Capital, Sales & Marketing Strategist and Thought Leader with a 20 year proven track record of increasing sales, marketing awareness, employee retention and customer satisfaction, and building successful, award-winning teams from the ground up. Most recently, Karen was the Director of Sales Training for EarthLink Business in their Talent Management department in Human Resources. She was selected as the leader to build an integrated team of training professionals during their high growth evolution of combining 10 network and IT services companies.

Creating Talent Management Scorecards, especially for Sales and Leadership Training initiatives is an area of expertise for Karen based on her previous leadership roles with EarthLink, Verizon Wireless and GTE as well as her consulting firm, Effective Sales Strategies.

Talent Management Scorecards have also been called Balanced Scorecards and are designed to measure the effectiveness of the entire Talent Management cycle – from recruitment to turnover and everything in between. The development of these Scorecards involves the partnership across many departments, not just Human Resources. Jennifer Williams is currently a Learning Development Consultant at Turner Broadcasting. She is responsible for the organization’s marquis Management and Leadership Development Programs as well as supports a Team of Global Technology Professionals. Throughout her career she has designed and implements game-changing initiatives that result in increased productivity, organizational capability, and revenue for such organization as AT&T, Chubb Insurance, the Department of Human Resources for the State of Georgia and Georgia Pacific. She has been a longstanding member of the American Society of Trainer and Developers , now ATD, occupying committee lead and board positions for several years while also being an avid volunteer in the community for organizations like Habitat for Humanity, Goodwill, Families First and the United Way. She lives in metro Atlanta with her daughter Amanda.
