Allison Manswell is an executive level HR professional who specializes in the strategic alignment of learning and development programs with the organizational goals of Fortune 500 companies. Allison has successfully built bridges across organizations, which has allowed her to meet and beat expectations year after year, project after project. She is an expert in developing staff and has a knack for bringing out the best in people.
Allison has mastered the role of executive coach and has worked with 100’s of executives and managers to develop their management and leadership skills. She is certified in delivering 360 performance assessments and driving performance improvement for high potentials and senior management.

She has applied it to achieve competitive advantage by facilitating the learning within organizations and using her knowledge to drive better business results. Allison has an MBA in managerial leadership.
