Gayle Nadler is a Learning Solutions Manager at Time Warner Cable Media, in New York. She works on a 3-person training team and is responsible for developing and delivering training to approximately 1,000 employees across the country. This small training team delivers classroom training, webinars and eLearning.

Gayle has been in the instructional design and training field for over 15 years, working in the consulting groups at IBM and Deloitte, at the University of Illinois-Chicago, and at MediaOcean in New York City.

Gayle has a M.Ed. from UCLA.
